The “M3-Killer” – Performance enhancement through unique technology!

💡 The system is not Plug & Play – but a modular kit for specialists who know what they are doing. With our ASA supercharger system, you determine the boost pressure yourself – via:

• the diameter of the pulley (incl. 3 sizes: 80 / 100 / 120 mm)
• the supercharger speed
• and possibly other components such as larger water pump, heat exchanger, pistons, connecting rods, etc.

Development & Design

Through reverse engineering, we captured the topography of the engine compartment of a 330i E90 and a 130i & sports air filter and developed the kit completely in CAD. 3D printed parts allowed for precise adaptation to the engine compartment and improved assembly.

The kit includes:

• CNC-milled & turned components
• Cast aluminum parts
• CNC-formed sheet metal and brackets
• Fiber-reinforced polymer components

The standard intake manifold is omitted – our integrated system completely replaces it.

• Latest ASA T6-515 supercharger incl. RS-HTS
• Complete belt drive incl. 3 belt lengths & 3 pulleys (80 / 100 / 120 mm)
• Integrated HTS (Hydraulic Torsional Vibration Damper) for harmonious idling
• Highly efficient air ducting
  • Fresh air connection to standard interface to the kidney grille
  • Highly integrated intake manifold with sports air filter & intercooler
• Indirect intercooling with automatically bled water circuit
• Front cooler (counter-cooler) incl. universal mounting material*
• Oil supply: Inlet and outlet lines
• Optional: 6 larger fuel injectors (at extra charge)

🧩 The air filter cover can be individually designed – your company logo can be inserted as a 3D printed inlay.

• E90/91/92 & 130i are ready, other types may require adaptation work in the front area (cooler)
