Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions:

WITHDRAWAL POLICY

Right of withdrawal You may withdraw from your contract within 14 days without giving reasons in writing (e.g. by letter, fax, email) or – if the goods are delivered to you before the deadline expires – by returning the goods. The period begins upon receipt of this notice in writing, but not before the goods are received by the recipient (in the case of recurring deliveries of similar goods, not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before fulfillment of our information obligations pursuant to Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 (1) and (2) EGBGB (Introductory Act to the German Civil Code) as well as our obligations pursuant to § 312g (1) sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. The timely dispatch of the revocation or the goods is sufficient to comply with the revocation period. The revocation must be sent to the following contact person. The buyer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.

Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us, within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction; in no event will you be charged for this refund.

We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us within fourteen days of the day on which you notified us of your withdrawal from this contract at the latest. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

Please note:
The buyer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.

Exclusion of revocation

The right of revocation does not apply to distance contracts for the delivery of goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs or that are not suitable for return due to their nature or that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be exceeded. In our shop, this only applies to feed that you have put together and ordered in the “Own creation” section. Unfortunately, this feed is excluded from return. We ask for your understanding.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties, and functionality of the goods.

End of cancellation policy 

(9) The data required for the processing of the contract between you and us will be stored by us and is accessible to you at any time. In this regard, we refer to the data protection provisions in our General Terms and Conditions

(10) We are not subject to any special codes of conduct not mentioned above.
